The Firm carries out seminars on the management of tenders for economic operators, Businesses and professionals, that manage and participate in tenders for the assignment of public works contracts, services and supplies, RUP and legal and contract offices of the P.A. and the contracting entities.

The seminars aim to train the operators involved in various capacities in the tender procedures, providing a relevant insight into the legislation in the light of the solutions identified by administrative practice, by the ANAC indications and by the prevailing jurisprudence.

The training has an operational cut, and allows for further study – through the indication of specific administrative cases, simulations of tender declarations and indication of practical solutions – both procedural and legal issues, both from a technical and operational point of view.
